Honey Processing Line

Functions and advantages of 0.5 tons honey production line:
1) Honey pretreatment and nucleation ‌
‌ Crystallization tank: by constant temperature heating to dissolve the crystallization nuclei in honey, avoid secondary crystallization, to ensure the fluidity of honey.
‌ Honey pump: used for automatic honey transport, with vacuum system to achieve high efficiency honey absorption, reduce manual intervention.

‌2) Integration of filtration and sterilization ‌
Preheating, filtering and concentrating machine: integrated preheating, filtering and concentrating functions, complete sterilization, removal of impurities (beeswax, pollen, etc.) and water evaporation at low temperature (40-60℃), retain the active ingredient.
‌ Filter: multistage filtration system (e.g. screen, centrifugal separation) to further purify the honey, ensure that the finished product without particle residue.

‌3) Mixing and finished product stabilization ‌
‌ Emulsifying tank: used for even mixing honey with other additives (e.g., pollen, pectin) to improve taste and texture stability.
‌ Finished product tank: store processed honey, equipped with temperature control and sealing device, maintain quality and extend shelf life.

‌4) Automatic control and continuous production ‌
Microcomputer system real-time monitoring temperature, vacuum degree and other parameters, support electric heating/steam heating, to achieve accurate temperature control and unmanned operation.
