Durable 304 Stainless Steel Construction: The entire frame and all contact surfaces, including the large rotary disc, are made from food-grade 304 stainless steel. This ensures a hygienic processing environment, exceptional resistance to corrosion, and makes cleaning and maintenance effortless.
Intelligent Rotary Feeding Mechanism: An operator simply loads empty jars or bottles onto the large 1000mm rotary turntable. As the table rotates, a series of precisely engineered and adjustable guide rails gently channel the containers, orienting them into an orderly, single-file line onto the exit conveyor.
Fully Adjustable for High Versatility: The unscrambler is designed to handle a wide variety of container types. The guide rails are easily adjustable to accommodate bottle diameters from 20mm to 100mm and heights from 20mm to 150mm. This makes it suitable for virtually any common honey jar or bottle, whether round or square, plastic or glass.
Variable Speed for Optimal Flow: The speed of the turntable is adjustable, allowing you to perfectly match the output of 40-50 bottles per minute to the pace of your downstream equipment, such as fillers and cappers, ensuring a synchronized and efficient production line.
